My sister in print

My younger sister has been working out at a gym for well over 15 years, keeping herself trim, taut and terrific and she certainly needed it to have enough energy to keep her 5 boisterous boys in line for 25 years!

Her current gym has produced a new marketing campaign using the new leaflet design (see image above) and who have they used in the middle photo? My sister of course and deservedly so! She has invested a lot of time over the years to keep herself fit and her body beautiful, especially after having all her children.

It is too easy for many women to let themselves go after giving birth. I admire my sister for her dedication in maintaining her health and fitness, despite all the other demands that a family life with her (then) husband and 5 children brought.
